Gary Hallgren / BR&K
Meet Gary Hallgren:

Mr. Hallgren is much more than a
cartoonist of note, whose career goes
back to the golden age of underground
comix. He's also a compulsive collec-
tor/restorer of Studebakers whose
current rider is a recently-restored '55
pickup, with a couple of Hawk projects
underway at any given moment. This cross-pollination has resulted in an extensive line of Stude-caricature Tees, which may be found linked below.

He's also one of the more noted artist-
saxophonists around. Cards for various
K-Otics'
appearances, drawn by Gary
and other members of the all-cartoonist
band, including fellow Mort The Dead Teenager creator Larry Hama (far left) are a whole category of collectibles in themselves. Helooo E-Bay!
